Discrepancies, Shortages and Returns

All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise and any requests for returns must be made within 90 days of the issued invoice date. Any requests for compensation or remediation will not be accepted after 90 days of the invoice date.
We take great pride in our reputation for providing effective and high-quality products. If you're not fully satisfied please contact us immediately and provide a short explanation for the reason of return. Your feedback is appreciated and will be used to better understand our customers' needs and further develop our products.
100% refund or credit will be honored for damaged products, returned in their entirety to Green Dragon Botanicals within 60 days.
Returns & Exchanges: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchased product total, the remaining balance excluding invoiced shipping charges will be refunded or credited to your account.

Shipping and Handling
We ship orders Monday - Wednesday - Friday, excluding national holidays. Our goal is to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and shipping charges are determined by USPS and UPS.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Every country has different rules for allowing herbs into the country, and it is the customer's responsibility to know the rules that apply to importing these products. We cannot change any information on the customs documents, and we cannot refund lost or slow packages that have been held in customs. Clearing customs is sometimes very slow and can add many days to the shipping time. If an order has been refused by customs, we can only refund it if/ when a package arrives back at Green Dragon Botanicals.
