Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Green Dragon Botanicals. We do our best to prepare and ship orders carefully, accurately, and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends, holidays, and high-volume periods. Processing time may be longer during sales, product launches, severe weather, carrier delays, or other operational delays.

Domestic Shipping

We ship domestic orders within the United States using the available carrier services shown at checkout. Shipping options, delivery estimates, and costs are calculated during checkout based on the shipping destination and order details.

Green Dragon Botanicals currently offers free domestic shipping on qualifying orders over $250 when the applicable discount code is used at checkout. Free shipping promotions may change, pause, or end at any time.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by country, carrier restrictions, product type, and customs rules. Customers are responsible for understanding whether herbal products, supplements, books, or related items may be imported into their country.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, or other charges assessed by their country or carrier. Green Dragon Botanicals cannot predict or control these fees.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking email will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please check your email carefully, including spam or promotions folders.

Delivery Timing

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is specifically offered and selected. Once an order leaves our facility, transit times and delivery scans are managed by the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier. Packages may sometimes be marked delivered shortly before arrival or held at the local carrier facility.

Green Dragon Botanicals is not responsible for theft or loss after a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier. If a package appears lost in transit before delivery, please contact us so we can review the tracking and help determine the next step.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you about reshipment options. Additional shipping charges may apply.
