Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from Green Dragon Botanicals. Because many of our products are herbal supplements and personal-use items, our return policy is designed to protect product safety and quality.
Return Window
Returns may be requested within 60 days of delivery for eligible items.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for return, items must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can review your request and provide return instructions.
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products, products with broken seals, used products, custom or special-order items, final-sale items, gift cards, or products that are not in original condition.
Return Labels and Shipping Fees
If your return is approved, Green Dragon Botanicals will send you a return shipping label. A return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund or charged as part of the return process.
If the return is due to an error on our end, such as a wrong item, damaged item, or fulfillment issue, we may cover the return shipping fee.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product, packaging, and packing slip when available.
If the issue was caused by our fulfillment error or the item arrived damaged, we will review the claim and determine whether replacement, refund, or another solution is appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and bank. Original shipping charges are generally not refundable unless the refund is related to an error by Green Dragon Botanicals.
Exchanges
We generally do not offer exchanges except when an item arrives damaged or the wrong item was shipped. If you need help choosing a product, please contact us before ordering.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before checking out. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made before fulfillment begins. If you notice an issue, contact us right away.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit future orders when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, abusive behavior, payment issues, policy misuse, or activity that may put customers, staff, or the business at risk.
